We are looking for a Support Analyst to join our team based in Zürich and become part of our second level business application support unit, where we provide incident & problem management, release management, application risk and capacity assessment, and monitoring and automation tooling management.
The ideal candidate for this role is a determined Support Analyst, keen to drive continuous automation and process improvement, and wanting to play a key role in supporting our operations business partners.

  • Support the Service & Product Manager across several technical domains
  • Ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications are of the highest quality and operating within the agreed Service Level Targets
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through regular business communications
  • Collaborate with our build/change partners towards delivering quality changes to production
  • Identify business criticality, prioritize work accordingly to meet objectives and deadlines
  • Define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
  • Contribute to continuous improvements via automation and process excellence
  • Maintain a knowledge database


  • 3 years of hands-on experience in providing production support within the financial industry
  • Proficient with common IT tools & technologies, such as Toad, Splunk, MS Excel, XML, Swift, Camt
  • Good Technical Knowledge of SQL, Mainframe / DB2 and/or Linux / Oracle is mandatory
  • Good ITIL Knowledge preferred
  • Strong ability to solve complex issues, analytical skills, good at problem analysis and in driving problem resolution
  • Confident communicator with the ability to breach technology with non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record of communicating/influencing senior business and IT stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize your own workload on a daily base and good team worker
  • Familiarity with various reporting tools expected (e.g. Tableau, MS Excel)
  • Strong English communication skills
