DESCRIPTION


As the key team member of the APAC Talent Acquisition team, you will lead the TA Vietnam Team, manage the delivery of talent acquisition initiatives, and collaborate with other teams across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the roadmap for the EPAM Vietnam Talent Acquisition team and partner with teams outside of the APAC region
  • Manage a team of talented recruiters, providing guidance and mentoring, helping the team to identify the gaps in processes or knowledge and skills, and address them
  • Take full responsibility for the recruitment of open vacancies, shortening the leading time, improving job-candidate match, reducing recruitment cost per hire
  • Build effective relationships through proactive communication with internal clients like Account Managers, Resource Managers and Delivery Managers
  • Understand the impact of business strategy on recruitment plan and get involved in Business Unit/Function’s headcount planning
  • Ability to collect and interpret recruitment data, conduct data analysis and provide reports to stakeholders as required
  • Set up solid partnerships with key vendors by selecting, establishing meaningful and beneficial relations with the leading players in the region
  • Play a key role in employer branding and EVP (Employer Value Proposition) projects, hands-on in using social media platforms for brand promotion
  • Enhance the internal and external referral program to promote EVP and boost engagement of internal EPAM communities
  • Organize and manage the yearly campus recruitment campaign, developing good relationships with target universities to ensure cooperation
  • Explore effective social media recruitment channels and job portal management, such as job boards, job fairs, and professional recruitment websites
  • Design and deliver interview skills training for line managers to improve employees' behaviour and conduct
  • Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders to understand business’s ever-changing needs, benchmark industry’s best practices, identify areas for improvement, propose solutions

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of technical recruitment experience, including 3-5 years of managing teams of recruiters/researchers/resourcers, is essential for this role
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-growing technology company or with a fast-paced recruiting agency will help you pick up the pace
  • Passion for innovation, ability to collect and analyse information, aptitude for mentoring and coaching are crucial for the role
  • Managing stakeholders' expectations and ensuring timely delivery will help you build trusting and collaborative relations with the account, delivery and resource managers
  • The ability to plan and prioritise your team's workload, ensuring that you are playing to their strengths, would help you improve the efficiency of the TA squad work
  • Experience with various ATS and sourcing tools will come in handy and help you optimise your workload and teach your teammates something new
  • The ability to communicate with influence and social media presence with a successful personal and professional brand would be helpful!
  • Ability to manage multiple side-projects, including Campus and Bootcamp hiring, Referral programs, Candidate Care programs, Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Marketing initiatives in partnership with our APAC leadership teams, TA marketing and TA Operations, will help you get recognition across the region
