What You’ll Do

  • Partner with internal EPAM teams to understand, qualify, and prioritize demand
  • Build our EPAM brand by discovering, creating, and utilizing various channels that bring quality candidates into the EPAM hiring process
  • Be responsible for creating a pipeline of candidates for various roles within our Corporate Functions including Human Resources, Marketing, etc
  • Work directly with hiring managers to not only support their demand but raise issues, solve hiring blockers, and ultimately fill their open positions
  • Conduct thorough Recruiter screenings with candidates to assess their fit for EPAM
  • Communicate and manage the delivery of qualified candidates to demand owners
  • Drive a successful end-to-end recruiting process for your candidates
  • Own full life cycle recruitment including from candidate assessment to closure
  • Assist in report development required by the TA team
  • Be a constant contributor to areas that need improvement in the recruiting process


  • 3+ years of hands-on corporate function recruiting experience
  • 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing the candidate
  • The ability to move quickly, be agile, and manage many moving parts of a process
  • Experience working with internal or external hiring managers with a strong focus on owning the pipeline, consistent communication, and solving bottlenecks
  • Expert-level experience with standard sourcing tools
  • Experience working in an ATS along with a commitment to data quality
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
