Responsibilities
- Partner with Global Social Media team to support targeted global and regional campaigns
- Partner with Global Social Media team to create amplification and post messaging
- Partner with marketing and business teams to help plan and execute key brand media events to drive awareness and coverage
- Partner with peer communication professionals, agency partners and business stakeholders to develop messages and communications consistent with EPAM’s external presence
- Measure and report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
- Deliver comprehensive reports monthly and adjust tactics as needed for continuous improvement
- Social listening – monitor and report on EPAM mentions across news and social media channels
Requirements
- Working knowledge of social media tools and channels. Ability to analyze content and channel effectiveness
- Experience in social media working for a global tech company will be a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required. Grad students can also be considered for this position. (1-3 years of experience)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; present ideas and information in a concise, organized manner, with excellent time management skills
- High-level of personal and professional integrity with strong work ethic
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and work independently and as part of a team
