Join us as a part of EPAM Continuum’s Digital Design team. You will work with a multifaceted team and champion the user in innovative solutions to all phases of product development. You will be a trusted client partner who will lead the team in problem framing, to the development of roadmaps, and the delivery of impactful data-driven, design solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Lead a project-based multi-disciplinary team of practitioners and subject matter experts to extract qualitative and quantitative insights and transform them into a holistic customer experience strategy
- Build relationships and processes with clients that help accomplish the near-term business goals, as well as lay a foundation for continuous ideation and iteration
- Excel at storytelling when facilitating meetings and presenting work
- Assists with opportunity generation and business development by uncovering client needs and working with practice leaders on staffing recommendations, proposal support, and solution development
- Make decisions by collaborating with other project leads, team members, and consultants in a transparent, inclusive environment
- Apply research-driven methods to envision new, original and effective experiences beyond what is expected
- Study trends in business and design to generate relevant thought leadership that applies to our industry challenges
- Mentor and lead team members in experience design to apply human-centered design frameworks to the execution of projects
What You Have
- A minimum of 7 plus years industry experience and 5 years formulating and leading engagements that should include:
- Building client relationships
- Ability to listen, frame, and pitch solutions to prospective clients
- Facilitating workshops and presenting solutions
- Defining roadmaps and strategy and delivering digital products
- Working within Agile methodologies in cross-functional teams
- Well versed in human-centered Service design, User research and UX frameworks
- Working knowledge of current software and tools
- Leading and mentoring project teams
- Experience diving delivery processes on projects where design is tied to business roadmap milestones, and product development needs
- Experience in consulting with multinational brands across different industries and business design is highly preferred
- In Addition: A strong portfolio that demonstrates strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. It should also showcase thought leadership and your ability to understand overall business objectives, processes, brand mission and values required of a consultancy assignment. A minimum of two projects is required
