DESCRIPTION
EPAM Budapest office is looking for Front End Trainer.
Responsibilities
- Mentor new employees in Front End Mentored Education Program
- Monitor employee performance and ensure stable progress
- Conduct seminars, training sessions
- Design training programs, create and review training materials
- Work with junior developers in internal project as development lead
- Participate in university training programs as tutor
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Front End development
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript language (ES 6)
- Solid understanding of application design, object-oriented programming and design patterns
- Capable of writing maintainable, clean, tested code
- Site building knowledge
- Knowledge of NodeJS
- Knowledge of Angular or React frameworks
- Knowledge of unit testing (Jasmin, Karma)
- Knowledge of architectural patterns
- Experience with Git
- Fluent English and Hungarian
- Good communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
Nice to have
- Proven experience as a trainer
- Experience as a technical lead
- Experience with task runners (Gulp, Grunt)
- Experience with CI/CD
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
