DESCRIPTION


We are constantly evolving the way we develop relationships with our customers. The Principal SAP Consultant/Client Delivery Manager (m/f/d) role is newly created to offer stakeholders within key accounts true subject matter expertise of customer interaction, ensuring the successful design and delivery of transformative solutions alongside exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build a trusted network of key stakeholders within the account
  • Identify and build relationships with the decision makers in Technology and the Business areas
  • Be a trusted advisor and SPOC within the SAP areas in the account
  • Define and execute the strategy of expanding the account in the SAP area
  • Oversee and control the delivery for the SAP related projects, work in close collaboration with the SAP Delivery Managers
  • Understanding the clients’ needs and identify new business opportunities
  • Converting leads into opportunities and closure

Requirements

  • Distributed Delivery experience of Global SAP solutions at least 10 years
  • Demonstrated experience of selling technology solutions for large, enterprise accounts in the global retail industry
  • A key requirement is a solid experience with SAP MM, SD, FICO and Retail with AFS, ideally with S4 transformation experience in retail
  • Strong business development, relationship management, business presentation skills, and the ability to present technical concepts and business solutions clearly
  • Problem solving and strategic planning ability
  • Outstanding organization skills and follow-up relationship management skills
  • Excellent listening skills ensuring a complete understanding of the client’s needs to recommend the appropriate solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and prospective client executives
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written in English & German
