What You’ll Do

  • Develop, implement and communicate a comprehensive Talent Acquisition marketing strategy across several proven channels;
  • Set the vision, build programs and generate awareness of EPAM’s career opportunities through the development of a marketing campaign targeted at our different talent segments;
  • Partner with the Marketing team to establish and promote EPAM’s talent brand and execute a strong social media strategy;
  • Develop new and alternative ways to leverage our employees, culture, awards and career advancement opportunities to expand our Talent Community;
  • Proactively seek new avenues to identify and attract candidates;
  • Establish partnerships Universities and Associations relevant to our business model and build talent networks within desired talent populations;
  • Maintain a constant focus on the marketplace; and disseminate market intelligence to key members of the hiring team;
  • Monitor EPAM’s geographic markets for organizations laying off employees and partner with their placement offices to hire qualify candidates.

What You Have

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment;
  • 2+ years working in a Marketing related social media platform environment capable of maximizing brand awareness;
  • Any recruiting experience is a huge plus for this role;
  • Experience with PPC campaigns, tagging and various technical marketing tools is preferred;
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate, align, and energize the hiring team;
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive information in such a way as to ensure confidentiality. Compromising such information is grounds for immediate termination;
  • Excellent communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent software skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Demonstrated strong organization and prioritization skills;
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal instruction.
