Customer Success Manager

Minsk, Belarus

Currently we are looking for a Customer Success Manager for our Minsk office to make our team even stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct online trainings using screen sharing;
  • Help customers configure their account to provide relevant results;
  • Answer customer questions and provide support by email;
  • Preconfigure accounts (with searches or newsletters) for trainings/demos;
  • Coordinate customer interactions by routing them to responsible persons, follow up and ensure prompt resolution;
  • Work with other teams (Content, QA) to set up client’s account and resolve issues;
  • Proactively identify and suggest improvements that can be made for client;
  • Help create customer support documentation and videos.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English;
  • Clear and concise communications skills;
  • Experience working with customers over the phone;
  • 3+ years of IT work experience, technical aptitude with a passion to learn the product;
  • Effective, polished interaction with customers, ability to quickly capture relevant information; explain next steps in resolving issues; communicate next steps and status; and inspire confidence;
  • Passion and enthusiasm for helping people and for technology;
  • High attention to details, ability to troubleshoot and solve problems logically;
  • Flexibility to work late to support customers in North America;
  • Cross-team collaboration, ability to influence colleagues to drive resolution.
