  • Build Operations processes and operations team within Bay Area business unit (BU);
  • Establish continuous improvement workflows for BU financial metrics;
  • Manage training programs for streamlining budget controlling and legal workflows;
  • Improve staffing processes by unifying forms for staffing requests, job descriptions, staffing results, and other;
  • Supervise existing Technical Interview process and adopt requirements of EPAM Interview Portal for the staffing workflow;
  • Supervise Account Management for several client engagements;
  • Successfully run and deliver projects based on Fixed Price, as well as Time and Material models;
  • Prepare and negotiate the contract with the Customer;
  • Perform budget and cash flow planning and reporting;
  • Act as an ultimate senior escalation point for both clients of EPAM and representatives of the internal delivery organization;
  • Planning capacity on all the levels: external hiring, training, and resource relocation on a global level.


  • Minimum Requirement: 6 years of employment experience in job offered (Director, Project Management), Lead Business Consultant, Lead Sharepoint Consultant, IT Manager, Manager of (IT) Department, Head of IT Department, or closely related occupation;
  • Knowledge of Technologies: Jira, MS Project, Agile, Scrum, DevOps.
