  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions;
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies;
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings;
  • Perform requirements analysis;
  • Document and communicate the results of your efforts;
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts;
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management;
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports;
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements;
  • Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner;
  • Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements;
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on;
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product;
  • Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities;
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy;
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories;
  • Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities;
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
  • 1-3 years of experience working in an agile environment;
  • Proven experience working with technical leads, programmers and developers to translate requirements into system designs;
  • Experience using Oracle PL/SQL or SQL Server databases;
  • Working knowledge of Tableau, Pentaho or similar BI and ETL tools is desirable;
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and database structures;
  • An understanding of a variety of modeling and/or diagramming techniques, with the ability to create process flow diagrams and the ability to read data flow and entity relationship models;
  • Knowledge in how to tie business systems and processes, as well as ability to understand technical problems and solutions in relation to current as well as future business environments;
  • Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems;
  • Excellent critical thinking skills, the ability to ask probing questions to understand business objective;
  • Be highly organized and manage project deliverables to timelines. Must be self-driven to complete work on/ahead of Schedule;
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills.
