Senior / Lead Process Engineer (TA Sources Management)

We are looking for a new member to join our team (Center of Excellence of the Global Talent Acquisition department) to optimize Talent Acquisition candidates’ sources operations and usage, as well as to make a direct impact on Return on Investment increase.


  • Optimize sourcing platforms usage;
  • Provide recommendations on global sourcing strategy;
  • Drive changes in source mix (reducing agencies utilization, promoting referrals);
  • Analyze hiring tools usage;
  • Design Key Performance Indicators for major hiring solutions;
  • Design custom reports on users’ activities;
  • Manage hiring solutions provisioning based on analysis, usage reports and business needs;
  • Perform cost optimization on deployed solutions for Talent Acquisition;
  • Cooperate with Talent Acquisition Marketing on Key Performance Indicators optimization;
  • Cooperate on a weekly basis with Talent Acquisition teams across the globe on Sourcing Platforms usage, conduct white space analysis, formulate recommendations to management;
  • Organize training and development activities for key hiring solutions (LinkedIn, Amazing Hiring, etc.).


  • 3+ years of experience working in one of the following fields:
    • Recruiting/sourcing;
    • Marketing;
    • Data/financial analytics;
    • Vendor management/sales channel analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot, etc.);
  • English written and spoken – B2+ (in this role you will interact with a global audience);
  • Analytical mind set;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to play tough when necessary.

Nice to have

  • Financial analysis experience;
  • Experience in vendor/sales channel management, effectiveness analysis;
  • Experience calculating ROI, NPV, IRR;
  • Talent Acquisition domain knowledge;
  • Experience working in any of the following systems: ERP/CRM/HRM/ATS;
  • Experience in negotiations;
  • Good sense of humor (highly beneficial).
