We are looking for a new member to join our team (Center of Excellence of the Global Talent Acquisition department) to drive Talent Acquisition Projects/Programs and manage Talent Acquisition related Processes. The new member should be an ideal team player, hungry for improvement and striving for excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Talent Acquisition related processes (unification, compliance, description, audit);
  • Coordinate Talent Acquisition systems/process change management (execution, adaption, training, supervision);
  • Be a member of internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) product team;
  • Cooperate on a regular basis with Talent Acquisition teams across the globe on process solutions and projects execution;
  • Act as a reputable consultant and adviser for senior Talent Acquisition executives;
  • Play the role of a mediator between Talent Acquisition and Business Delivery communities (including conflict management assignments);
  • Manage global Talent Acquisition Projects/Programs (short and long term);
  • Manage/coordinate members of TA Office;
  • Manage infrastructure of TA units: knowledge base, cost-structure, distribution groups, projects tracking.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in operations management a similar job role;
  • Experience working in any of the following systems: ERP/CRM/HRM/ATS;
  • English written and spoken – B2+ (in this role you will interact with a global audience);
  • Analytical mind set;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Stress and high load resistance;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot, etc.).

Nice to have

  • Understanding of technology and engineering;
  • Experience in people management;
  • Financial planning and budgeting experience;
  • Talent Acquisition domain knowledge.
