Currently we are looking for a Scrum Master for our Zurich office to make the team even stronger.

The Digital Workplace team is seeking a Scrum Master who is attracted to work in a dynamic and growing environment. In your engagement, you will act as Servant Leader to the scrum team in understanding and applying the Scrum framework as well as facilitate Scrum events for the team.


  • Consult team members regarding everything Agile;
  • Foster the team’s self-organization, collaboration and knowledge sharing;
  • Facilitate prioritization of goals of development team and product owner;
  • Support and promote feedback culture based on the Scrum values;
  • Help the team to continuously improve their processes and productivity;
  • Manage the Scrum process and coach multiple Agile teams;
  • Work together in close collaboration with the project owners and requirement engineers in order to understand their requirements and translate them into working deliverables.


  • Technology stack:
    • Linux/Shell scripting;
    • Tomcat/Java/IntelliJ;
    • Oracle, PL/SQL;
    • Actimize SAM and RCM;
    • Business Objects/Tableau;
    • DataIku and DataRobot.
  • DevOps tools:
    • GitHub;
    • Nexus;
    • TeamCity;
    • Jira;
    • Confluence.
  • General competencies:
    • AML Transaction Monitoring experience;
    • KYC and Transactional data in the financial industry;
    • Actimize SAM v8 (or v9).
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment;
  • Good at communicating and coordinate with people at all levels in the organization;
  • Strong customer orientation and understanding of customer requirements;
  • Ability to accept and adapt to changes in objectives, priorities and new challenges;
  • Capability to proactively anticipate issues and opportunities in advance;
  • Strong English language skills, German language skills would be a plus.
