ABOUT PROJECT


EPAM Digital Platform team is looking for knowledgeable and resourceful Delivery Managers with experience working on large-scale technology platforms to lead development and transformation projects. These positions will be part of a team that delivers next generation Applications supporting product expansion globally, as well as leading the ongoing transformation of legacy processes and systems. This position collaborates closely with internal and external business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver a product experience that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Scope of responsibilities includes (but not limited to) decommissioning of old apps, defining new approaches within enterprise landscape, managing cross-teams collaboration and taking ownership of company-level solutions

The main purpose of the project is secured personal documents storage for EPAM employees with RPA/ML capabilities. The idea of this project is to reduce security risks and improve document related EPAM process – from on-boarding newcomers till benefits campaign and relocation process.

Responsibilities

  • Provide product leadership for an Agile program focused on product integrity and value, including defining product requirements and prioritizing the program backlog in cooperation with product owners;
  • Be responsible for technical end-to-end delivery management covering the full project initiation and life cycle: staffing, client management, delivery (dev, QA, Secure SDLC) and execution governance;
  • Drive results, productivity, quality and value for the client and stakeholders, respecting their deadlines and objectives but also being an honest, realistic and committed partner to them;
  • Monitor, report and react to key performance indicators for App health (response time, system availability, application quality, etc.) on an ongoing basis to ensure consistent improvement in product experience;
  • Investigate complex issues of production delivery, run the root cause analysis, establish a solution and push it through required steps necessary in order to deliver;
  • Play a proactive role in proposing technologies, tools & approaches;
  • Establish best practices, implement appropriate methodologies and technics for processes improvements, team effectiveness and performance, quality of application(s), and overall delivery excellence;
  • Mentor, lead and motivate your team, rewarding high achievement and effectively resolving under performance;
  • Work closely with multi-disciplined teams of product owners, architects, engineers and quality assurance across the whole of EPAM, to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives, and alignment functional, architectural and technical solutions throughout EPAM Digital Platform;
  • Identify and manage engagement risks and flag major issues early.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have a hands-on technical delivery background with experience implementing and delivering technical projects and solutions for clients;
  • You are passionate about the whole delivery lifecycle and be someone who takes ownership and pride in delivering productivity, quality and innovation;
  • You have experience working in an Agile environment and ability to visualize technical solutions from beginning to end, working with engineering teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements;
  • You have solid experience working closely with onshore/nearshore/offshore teams and clients;
  • You have been responsible not only for development and support, but also for product management and architecture design could be the part of your responsibility;
  • You are able to form strong, honest and mutually respectful relationships with the stakeholders and clients;
  • You have an effective written and oral communication skills with multiple levels of business and technical leadership, proficient English.
