Currently we are looking for a Delivery Manager - Communities for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.
EPAM launched the Communities Platform in accordance to develop and support communities, provide internal product capabilities to increase effectiveness of creating and operating communities.
Product Owner/Delivery Manager/Project Manager works closely with the Product Manager and responsible for operational management of Communities Platform development as well as successful implementation and communities’ operations using the Platform. Works closely with community’ leaders and members to gather feedback, identify lacks and inefficiencies, helps with metrics and analytics to drive community development, support day-by-day operations. Performs product trials and pre-launch test feedback. Works with technology and operations teams to ensure platform stability and responsiveness.
Help Product Manager in capturing the roadmap and release planning;
Communicate well with internal stakeholders to capture high-level requirements and translate them into clear user stories, specifications and documentation;
Work with the EPAM Digital Platform development teams to prioritize, plan and deliver software that meets customers' requirements;
Participate and lead Agile sessions to develop detailed user stories, define success metrics & acceptance criteria;
Prioritize features, commercial deadlines, refactoring and defects amongst and against each other to set the backlog and fill the coming sprint(s) across components of EPAM Digital platform that uses to build Communities Platform;
Leverage product metrics and other data sources to track progress against objectives and influence product prioritization decisions;
Support communities on-boarding and day-by-day operations, explains Platform’s capabilities and use-cases, helps with Platform configuration;
Resolve conflicts, dependencies, bottlenecks and negotiate when necessary;
Ensure that Communities Platform is a high quality and perform as community leaders expect or even more.
B.A./B.S. minimum; advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred;
3+ years of experience in a product management and/or engineering operations role;
Experience working with engineering teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements;
Experience working in an Agile development environment with focus on a collaboration, trust and communication;
Exposure to user-centered design methods, especially as integrated into the agile lifecycle;
Comfortable rolling up sleeves to perform data analysis;
Effective written and oral communication with multiple levels of business and technical leadership;
Detail-oriented, analytical thinker that can apply structure to complex problems;
Well-aware and ahead of relevant trends and developments in building and operating communities, ideally first-hand experience in community life;
Effective written and oral communication skills with multiple levels of business and technical leadership, proficient English.
