DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for an Agile Coach for our office to make the team even stronger.

As an Agile Coach, you will coach and lead the team developing business critical system for a leader in speciality insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for product backlog planning, coordination and documentation;
  • Organize and control the requirement management process from business value perspective;
  • Represent the business for engineering teams with the ability to prioritize trade-offs, clarify requirements, and work to drive user stories to acceptance throughout the Agile software development life cycle;
  • Be in close connection with the development team and external service providers;
  • Establish and lead a standard process for implementing requirement management in the project with standardized delivery based on quality KPIs;
  • Proactively manage schedules and risks, increasing predictability and faster time to market;
  • Coach team members on Agile best practices, champion continuous improvement of process and results.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform impact analysis, identify changes to business processes, perform risks assessment, and effectively communicate with business;
  • Comfortable engaging with senior technical stakeholders (architects, tech leads), as well as senior management staff;
  • Professional Agile coach familiar with SAFe;
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban etc.);
  • At least 2 years of hands-on Agile-at-scale experience (Scrum-of-scrums, SAFe, LESS);
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects and coach 3-6 teams of 5-20 people on different level of Agile adaptation;
  • Great communication skills and flexibility is a must, as he/she has to liaise not only with the IT organization but also the business organization;
  • Ability to communicate not only with the team members and hands-on topics but also has to be able to share vision strategy with ED level people;
  • Fluent French and English are necessary.
