DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a DevOps Engineer for our Amsterdam office to make the team even stronger.

We are seeking a Linux Systems Engineer for the position of Build Engineer/DevOps Engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Release upgrade preparations and deployment support;
  • Provide automation and operation documentation;
  • Provide framework maintenance and cross team support.

Requirements

  • Main soft requirement is ability to work under pressure with multiple context switch;
  • Clear communication is essential for successful operations due to huge scope of operations;
  • Linux RHEL: maintenance and troubleshooting;
  • Docker; Docker-compose; K8s with hands-on experience;
  • Hands-on automation with Ansible and Python;
  • Bitbucket/Git;
  • Jenkins maintenance declarative/scripted, shared libraries;
  • http and TLS communications;
  • Kibana experienced user.

Nice to have

  • Recent production experience;
  • Jenkins development declarative/scripted, shared libraries;
  • Python skills for creating and maintaining custom Ansible modules, small automation scripts;
  • Terraform provisioning, CloudFormation templates;
  • AWS: EC2, ECS, S3, AWS Auto Scaling and more;
  • F5 load-balancers, monitoring and network troubleshooting;
  • Application performance monitoring and system alerting;
  • Icinga, Grafana, alert manager.
