What You’ll Do

  • Analyze documentation;
  • Assist in quality control, user acceptance testing and project planning;
  • Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements;
  • Work closely with the business along with various partners;
  • Conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews;
  • Create functional and non-functional requirements documentation;
  • Primarily serve as the voice of the customer for project management teams;
  • Be responsible for developing project requirements, key deliverables;
  • Develop strong relationships with key business partners and team members to maximize effectiveness and ensure follow through;
  • Identify opportunities and best practices for effective solutions with internal client teams and client partners;
  • Be responsible for clear and consistent communication on project updates and impacts to project management, as well as client management;
  • Work without supervision and check his/her own work thoroughly.

What You Have

  • Strong and demonstrable experience in documenting functional and technical specifications which can be consumed and executed by the offshore delivery team;
  • Deep understanding of Pharmaceutical and/or Life Sciences business domains;
  • Data/storage-related background, including data ingestion transformation and processing is a plus;
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills;
  • Superior organizational and follow through skills are required;
  • Ability to effectively manage productive meetings and facilitate projects is required;
  • Previous project management experience is highly desired;
  • Experience working on data transformations and data flows from external systems;
  • Awareness of change management processes including development lifecycle (SDLC);
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodology for SDLC;
  • Ability to manage client expectations effectively.
