Future mobility presents one of the largest and most sustainable opportunities for the next industrial generation. While much of the focus is on vehicles, success depends on the development of the supporting infrastructure.

Our client is building the infrastructure for future mobility. It’s an exciting time to join our team. We are building a full-stack cloud platform, bare metal through to services and we have just got started. Our client provides us with direct access to leading research and real projects that will shape the future of mobility, all of these depending on the next-generation cloud infrastructure. We are looking for team members that find the challenge of building something new exciting and rewarding. As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will develop the foundations of the platform from hardware through to our customized container platform.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in large scale server or network infrastructure;
  • Knowledge of IA Server components and systems;
  • Large Scale switches & IP Networking experience;
  • Experience with server bootstrap automation (PXE), RackHD, Cobbler, MaaS, triple;
  • Strong Linux including understanding of driver and module structures (Ubuntu);
  • Configuration Management development using Ansible/Chef/Puppet/Salt;
  • Experience with Large Scale Storage systems (ceph);
  • Experience with virtualization & container systems;
  • Good spoken and written English.
