Currently we are looking for a UI/UX Designer for our Budapest office.
Conceptualize and execute ideas and designs with limited oversight and sees it through to project completion;
Produce initial design directions, design comps, style tiles, prototypes, data visualizations, etc;
Produce high quality design deliverables with strong attention to details;
Demonstrate a good understanding of user experience, content strategy & technology platforms;
Collaborate closely with other disciplines;
Meet deadlines and works with the design leadership to understand and prioritize workload;
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and strong time management;
Receive and respond to constructive feedback from design leadership;
Provide constructive feedback and project-level guidance to Designers and Associate Designers;
Contribute to team culture by attending events and sharing a POV on design-related trends and topics;
Regularly seek inspiration, stay up-to-date on industry topics and trends, and attend industry-related events.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present internally, as well as to clients when needed;
Committed to gaining new skills and regularly seeking inspiration and ideas;
Be comfortable interfacing with and presenting work to clients throughout the duration of the project;
Ability to participate in and sometimes lead client workshops and discussions;
Proven desire to grow, constantly challenging themselves and learning new skills, and a proven ability to refine and evolve their aesthetic;
5+ years of professional studio/agency experience (interactive agency experience is preferred);
Experience in project discovery (such as workshops, user group identification, persona creation, information architecture creation…etc.), documentation and planning management (like Grid establishment, Customer Journey creation, etc.) is a must;
Experience in creating, iterating and validating style guides, storyboards, low- and high-fidelity design comps/wireframes and prototypes is must as well;
Knowledge of different business domains and experience working within multiple customer verticals is preferred;
Ability to collaborate closely with leadership or stakeholders, initiate research, and quickly learn about new customer verticals and the relevant subject matter is also required;
