This role requires solid writing experience and strong knowledge of social media channels, email marketing, and content marketing. The ideal candidate will be able to articulate how the digital media landscape is changing, and leverage analytics and best practices to provide recommendations on evolving trends.
Create compelling, original content to build brand awareness and generate demand for EPAM services in Europe, including case studies, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, and social media;
Act as a researcher, working closely with EPAM SMEs to understand content requirements and gather relevant information;
Localise and implement global campaigns for a European audience;
Work with Account Management to understand client priorities and create ABM material to improve relationships with stakeholders;
Optimise content according to SEO principles.
Write and execute social media content for EPAM UK across multiple channels – LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube;
Support events with social media plans;
Monitor online conversations;
Analyse social media performance metrics and develop strategies to increase effectiveness of campaigns.
Insights & Trends:
Regularly report on digital media performance, offering specific key learnings for growth in social media;
Monitor and report evolving trends and technologies to keep brand identity across social channels on the cutting edge;
Engage thought leaders in creating engaging, dynamic blogs and other content.
Bachelor’s degree as a minimum;
At least 3+ years of experience writing marketing collateral and social posts - you know what works well on web, social, email and print;
Experience in email marketing programmes;
Exceptional communication, writing and organisational skills;
Previously worked in a technology focused company;
Be a proactive “ideas” generator with ambition to drive better messaging and business development through various marketing activities;
Have a ‘can-do’ attitude, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness;
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment, whilst maintaining attention to detail;
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form productive working relationships across geographies;
Knowledge of SEO is a plus.
