Administrative Assistant

Minsk, Belarus


Currently we are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.


  • Conduct regular operation activities for practice:
    • Time reporting verification;
    • Load tracking for people;
    • Provide available capacity tracking and announcement;
    • Track of all practice resources in all locations;
    • Verify proper practice projects tracking;
    • Assist in expense management, cost control & budgeting to practice management;
    • Regularly report on performed activities;
    • Maintain practice KB with detailed reports and stats.
  • Assist in regular reviews of financial performance of practice projects, record MFUs, keep KB, follow up with agreed action items;
  • Assist in planning events and schedule management, plan meetings and take detailed minutes;
  • Travel planning and arrangement, book travel arrangements from time to time.


  • Smart, proactive, creative, quick and accurate performer;
  • Experience in international companies is preferred;
  • Higher education, preferred IT/technical/financial education and background;
  • Strong RU+EN verbal+written communication skills;
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
  • Attention to details, problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to conduct routine tasks and look after it’s continuous improvement;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
  • English B2+;
  • Power user and strong experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
