Be a role model for colleagues;
Read, understand and, if necessary, provide arguments on where to enhance project and requirement documentation;
Propose possible high-quality designs, technical and project documentation;
Follow and understand a defined software development process;
Assist team members with lower technical knowledge, help to understand and deliver the needed solutions for all assignments the team is accountable;

4+ years of web front-end experience;
Upper-Intermediate English is essential;
Experience with modern JS frameworks (main focus Polymer, but Angular 2 will be great too);
Experience creating design specifications;
Strong unit test and debugging skills;
Familiar with Git or other version control systems;
Self-management and strong prioritization skills;
Capability to work in agile environment without direct supervision;
Solid foundation in computer science, with strong analytical thinking and ability to solve algorithmic tasks:
Sorting and searching algorithms;
Capable to calculate order in algorithm (Big O notation knowledge);
Knowledge about Dynamic Programming, divide and conquer, greedy algorithms;
Graphs, balanced trees, binary search trees, array, linked in, stacks, etc.
Understanding/experience with cloud platforms (GAE preferred, Azure, AWS);
Understanding of Material Design Spec;
Knowledge of data structures and algorithms;
Strong communication skills and capability to successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams;
Self-starter with the ability to deliver on time with quality and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice to have
Knowledge of Java (or other major back-end programming language);
Back-end development experience (system design) - ability to create end-to-end systems;
Strong SQL skills: relational DB design, performance, stored procedures and views;
Experience with NoSQL databases;
Experience with server-side scripting languages (such as NodeJS, Python).
