Currently we are looking for a Senior People Advisory Specialist for our Shenzhen office to make the team even stronger.
Act as an advisor of EPAM managers and engineers on any HR-related issues (covering China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Japan);
Formulate critical issues discovered in people management of an organizational unit and come up with reasonable solutions and appropriate changes;
Create, maintain, support and, if necessary, implement HR processes into daily activities of an organizational unit (adaptation, evaluation, career development, assessment, internal and external communications, etc.);
Strengthen and support the company internal HR brand and internal communications;
Share your deep knowledge with team members and contribute to HR-initiated internal projects;
Execute the orientation and adaptation process, be responsible for orientation of newcomers;
Organize external and internal events as a coordinator and executor as well;
Communicate with different kinds of customers outside of the company;
Familiarize with external suppliers for venues, catering and entertainment;
Plan and carry out CSR activities;
Improve current practice (for example: develop and maintain internal websites and platforms, maintain process documentation).
2-4 years of work experience in HR department (preferably in IT company), 1+ year of experience in events organization;
Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point;
Good command of English (B2 at least);
Higher education (HR or HR related);
Excellent communication skills;
Reliable practical experience in design of various HR processes, their further development and efficient implementation into the company life;
Ability to multitask, to be self-managing and work effectively without supervision;
Ability to manage basic project plans and budgets as appropriate, able to identify, escalate, and identify risk mitigation tactics;
Good interpersonal and presentation skills, persuasiveness, and ability to professionally navigate in unfamiliar circumstances, excellent organizational skills;
Strong capacity to gain general knowledge as well as to learn the new professional tools and techniques on the most efficient level;
Goal-oriented team player, which shows courage to speak up and challenge others even when confronted with resistance;
