EPAM is seeking a Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) Director for Diligence & Integration to join its growing team to lead this important part of our growth strategy. As an M&A Director in EPAM’s Diligence & Integration area, you will be working across a variety of deals leading cross-functional teams. You will meet with our internal business and target company leaders to understand the business and help determine how best to enable achievement of growth plans and alignments. You will need to understand and help structure the key business value drivers, identify key issues and risks/conclusions and provide new value through insights, factual conclusions and advice as you guide the various stakeholders through the M&A Integration lifecycle. Key to success will be effective communication, collaboration, and program management skills.

Ideally this candidate will live in the tristate area with access to our offices in NYC and Philadelphia and our Global Headquarters in Newtown, PA.

What You’ll Do

  • Routinely interacting with, advising, coaching and supporting Business Unit and work stream leaders in identifying, framing, making and executing appropriate integration decisions;
  • Establishing the cross functional diligence and integration team for each deal consisting of a combination of internal and external resources; then architecting, operationalizing and executing all relevant processes, events, plans, reports, metrics or other requirements throughout the M&A lifecycle;
  • Actively lead, support and coach all corporate function work stream leads and their respective teams to develop and adapt comprehensive and appropriately detailed integration plans and projects linked to key deal value drivers, then coordinate and manage all cross functional dependencies, priorities and budgets associated with each;
  • Participate in the development, planning and execution of all communications, change management and culture related strategies and tactics, and coach / guide Business Unit executive staff and key partners.

What You Have

  • MS or MBA degree preferred;
  • 5+ years senior level, cross function leadership and/or M&A integration leadership experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams through the acquisition life cycle;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executives and along vertical and horizontal planes;
  • Collaborative, with strong communications, presentation & project management skills;
  • Previous experience in building, leading, and facilitating global, diverse, multicultural teams;
  • Capable of multitasking with rapidly changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment;
  • Problem solving with the aptitude to identify strategic solutions to business problems;
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments.
