Junior HR Specialist

Currently we are looking for a Junior HR Specialist for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

Project technologies and tools

  • UX;
  • Business processes.


  • Be responsible for creating best of the best employee experience;
  • Start from the very beginning - onboarding and adaptation process;
  • Orientate newcomers and Q&As;
  • Consult assistance in managing the conflict situations, solving tough case;
  • Co-operate with leaders of different levels to kit out newcomers with best conditions from day 1;
  • Improve adaptation methodology and tools functionality, process optimization;
  • Coordinate vertical and horizontal information streams with high responsibility and efficiency;
  • Collaborate with different internal stakeholders and services;
  • Contribute to other tasks of HR department.


  • Personal qualities: self-organized, active, team-player;
  • Enjoy problem solving and taking on challenges;
  • Be a quick learner who can work well independently;
  • Have excellent attention to details;
  • High competence in communication: polite, tactful, self-confident, well-structured;
  • Written English at upper-intermediate level;
  • Motivated to develop and enlarge internal HR processes and services;
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Office suite is a must, fast in learning new tools, experienced Google user;
  • 1+ year of experience is a must;
  • Working experience in HR\marketing\PR and journalism\administration is an advantage;
  • Higher education is a plus;
  • Experienced in adaptation process design will be a point.
