EPAM is looking for a recruiting administrator to add to our team to support our US and Canadian recruiting teams. This position will be a key part of the team’s success providing support to the Talent Acquisition team in various areas. You will have an opportunity to work with talented individuals across the globe, assist in the success of our endeavors, and learn the recruitment industry first hand. The main focus of this position will be to provide support for our US and Canadian based recruitment team.
What You’ll Do
Support growing US talent acquisition recruitment teams through the handling of inquiries relating to recruitment initiatives including job posts, scheduling, offer letters, process questions, resume formatting, data entry, reports and other duties;
Schedule various types of interviews globally by working with recruiters, candidates and the business directly;
Report into the Lead of the recruiting admin team and assisting with both group projects and individual support projects as needed;
Triage frequent last minute changes in scheduling interviews and meetings, requiring maturity in communication and keeping a calm head under pressure;
Aid in Job creation, posting and monitoring;
Handle expense reports, invoicing and various other financial tasks to support recruiting;
Assists with local and global event planning;
Meet agreed-upon project deadlines as developed by your manager.
What You Have
2+ years of experience in an administrative or a recruiting role;
Must be very particular about details, well organized and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency;
Strong written and verbal English communication is a must for this position;
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail in all tasks;
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality;
Must be self-motivated and dependable;
Must be able to think critically when last minute changes occur;
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook;
Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset;
Ability to act maturely and calm during high-pressure situations.
