EPAM’s Talent Acquisition team continues to grow and is looking to hiring a Technical Recruiter in Toronto. The ideal candidate for this role not only has the natural ability to recruit quality candidates quickly but also a passion for an efficient process, transparent data and stellar relationship management skills. What You’ll Do

  • Own full life cycle recruitment including salary research, candidate prep, offers, and closing of candidates;
  • Create and promote messaging that will attract the caliber of candidate that EPAM desires;
  • Partner with EPAM Staffing Coordinators and business units to understand the needs of the organization and the profile of the ideal candidate;
  • Create and promote messaging that will attract the caliber of candidate that EPAM desires;
  • Assist in driving the recruitment process end-to-end for specific internal initiatives;
  • Be a constant contributor for areas of improvement in the recruiting process;
  • Assist managers and interviewers in effectively assessing and providing feedback on candidates;
  • Be a social voice of EPAM recruitment not only online but through events and other opportunities;
  • Assist in building the local EPAM brand and create channels that will bring quality, active applicants to our pool.

What You Have

  • 5-7 years of recruiting experience with a combination of agency and in-house experience preferred;
  • Technical recruiting experience required;
  • Strong recruiting fundamentals, with an understanding of the full life cycle recruiting process;
  • Proven experience sourcing and recruiting software engineers within a cutting edge technical environment;
  • Understanding of technology and ability to read and understand technical requirements;
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills with a history of building strong cross-functional relationships;
  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
