EMEA Partnership & Alliances Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining EPAM’s relationships with partner organizations in the Cloud sector across EMEA. They would be expected to leverage EPAMs service offering and transform that into meaningful partnerships that will allow us to expand our reach within the Cloud industry, driving pipeline, credibility and ultimately influencing revenue growth. This new role would be part of a growing Partner & Alliances team (currently 6 about to be 9) and have the ability to work independently and across multiple countries aligning closely with the marketing, sales and account management teams across EMEA.   • Establish, maintain and grow alliance relationships with key strategic Cloud partners at multiple levels including senior stakeholders;
  • Build out local Go-to-Market messaging and sales alignments with each partner;
  • Set expectations between both parties and achieve KPI on initiated and influenced partner revenue;
  • Track successes and initiate joint customer stories;
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to drive joint business revenue through partners;
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing to represent EPAM at various events;
  • Work closely with sales, technical competencies and marketing teams to establish strategic marketing and growth plans to align with partnerships and corporate strategy;
  • Understand what is required to have the highest status level with each partner;
  • Understand and manage each partner’s deal registration and credit processes.


  • 5+ years Sales and/or Alliances experience in Cloud space (i.e. Microsoft, Google, AWS);
  • Proven track record of solution-based selling or business development in the technology space;
  • Prior partner management experience ideally in Cloud space (must know the market well);
  • Experience in Solution Integration (SI) sales environment and partner ecosystem;
  • Exceptional communication, writing and organisational skills;
  • Managing relationships, business development, pipeline, and processes;
  • Some travel required – mostly Europe;
  • Understanding of Marketing and Business Development Initiatives;
  • Works well independently and has a competency in completing duties in a timely and effective manner;
  • Eager to grow and develop as a business professional;
  • Flexible, proactive team-player attitude a must.
