Currently we are looking for a Data Analyst/Reporting Lead for our Katowice office to make the team even stronger.
The role of the Data Analyst/Reporting Lead will be to manage the creation, maintenance, and setup of reports for supply chain visibility. Currently the reporting service is managed via Tableau server and report design including data flow and manipulation is a critical component of this role.
This role also requires hands on experience in DBMS, experienced in troubleshooting issues utilizing advance SQL and data mining.
Experience working with IT teams in root cause analysis and formulating new requirements for development releases as needed.

Create close alignment with the cross-functional business teams, IT and the product managers to ensure that the reporting products and processes work together to achieve expected business results;
Engage in all facets of the creation of Supply Planning reports;
Ensure that the planning process is executed properly all the way to reporting refresh execution;
Act as a liaison with the Product Team to log enhancement requests for process improvement;
Develop business processes & tools, strive for continuous improvement;
Work with IT and Solutions teams in requesting and developing new system requirements;
Execute Unit Acceptance Testing and work with IT Testing team to identify defects/issues.
3-5 years of experience in Database Management, business analyst and reporting;
Extensive/advanced SQL and database knowledge:
Working knowledge of DML/DDL SQL syntax;
Advanced knowledge of table joins and set operators (such as UNION, INTERSECT, etc.);
Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL (Stored Procedure, Triggers, Cursors, etc.);
Ability to debug and analyze SQL queries.
BI application (Tableau Server/Power BI) super-user experience;
Expertise in report design and graphical representation of data;
ERP experience such (SAP, JDA) is desired;
Customer focus, experience in a production support environment;
Some knowledge of supply chain planning concepts (demand planning, BOM, replenishment orders, etc.).
