EPAM HR Corporate Services Group announces the open position of an HR Event Assistant. We are seeking a communicative, pro-active, creative, goal-oriented, motivated, self-organized, and experienced team player.
Organize external and internal events with up to 300 participants as a coordinator and executor as well;
Communicate with different kinds of customers inside of the company and outside as well;
Familiarize with external suppliers for venues, catering and entertainment;
Improve current practice;
Participate in Global Corporate HR Processes creation and support.
1+ year of experience in events organization;
Experience working at an event agency or company;
Experience in conference organization;
Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, etc;
Good command of English (at least Upper-Intermediate written level);
Higher education (major: psychologist, social worker, manager).
