Currently we are looking for an IT Support Engineer for our Debrecen office.
Support new colleagues regarding IT cases/PC, hardware, software;
Provide general user supports, workstation stand ups, trouble shootings;
Prepare documents and follow up IT processes inside the company;
Communicate with providers and network engineers;
Solve problems based on well-defined processes and checklists.
Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP server configuration);
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server management (Active Directory, WSUS, 3rd party antivirus service);
Advanced knowledge of administering Microsoft Windows based desktops (Win 7/Win 10);
User-friendly attitude willing to help employees solve their daily issues with the IT infrastructure;
Good communication skills and problem-solving attitude;
Strong communication skills in English and Hungarian are necessary;
Willing to learn new technologies and respond quickly to new challenges.
Nice to have
Experience with ServiceNow environment;
Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012;
