DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for an Agile Coach for our Brussels office to make the team even stronger.

Are you passionate about building digital products? Are you data-driven and customer-focused? Do you have an eye for detail, while being able to keep sight of the bigger picture? Then you have an opportunity to work with the best-in-class engineering and design teams supporting you to shape product vision. As an Agile Coach, you will be the key leader to support and develop a legacy insurance system. Scrum Master for a team, who supports/develops a legacy insurance system.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for product backlog planning, coordination and documentation;
  • Organize and control the requirement management process from business value perspective;
  • Represent the business for engineering teams with the ability to prioritize trade-offs, clarify requirements, and work to drive user stories to acceptance throughout the Agile software development life cycle;
  • Be in close connection with the development team and external service providers;
  • Establish and lead a standard process for implementing requirement management in the project with standardized delivery based on quality KPIs;
  • Present solutions to technical managers and decision-makers and take over the training of content producers and administrators;
  • Proactively manage schedules and risks, increasing predictability and faster time to market;
  • Coach team members on Agile best practices, champion continuous improvement of process and results.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform impact analysis, identify changes to business processes, perform risks assessment, and effectively communicate with business;
  • Comfortable engaging with senior technical stakeholders (architects, tech leads), as well as senior management staff;
  • 2 years of Agile Coach or Chief Scrum Master experience;
  • Advanced English level & active French knowledge is a must;
  • Experience in both third party and in-house;
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment;
  • Convincing personality with assertive appearance and very good communication skills;
  • Diplomatic with strong negotiation skills, excellent communication with both technical and business audiences;
  • Structured and solution-oriented mindset;
  • SAFe certification is nice to have, yet not mandatory;
  • Insurance and .NET knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
