Currently we are looking for a Delivery Manager.

Location - London;

The role is open for applications from 04/10/2018 to 02/11/2018.


  • Coordinate the teamwork during the sprint execution on a daily basis:
    • Work/resolve/escalate impediments;
    • Collect status updates. ensure Jira is updated in a timely manner and reflects actual progress;
    • Review proposed changes and suggestions within sprint scope from the team;
    • Make sure team meets SLE agreed with the customer;
    • Setup and coordinate 24x7 on-call support.
  • Communicate to the customer team on a daily basis:
    • Track all incidents/issues/defects assigned to the team. Be ready to report on them to the customer by request;
    • Share with the customer latest team status, risks, issues, impediments with specific details;
    • Proposed process corrective actions are required.
  • Provide customer team with product/process improvement increment each sprint:
    • Prepare improvements for release notes;
    • Share latest deployment details.
  • Prepare reports on bi-weekly sprint basis, be ready to present it to the client on the regular governance calls:
    • Sprint execution results;
    • Collect teams’ metrics;
    • Status updates and plans;
    • Possible process improvements;
    • Work with team motivation, engagement, staffing issues, onboarding and knowledge sharing.
  • Discuss with customer team and implement strategic plans:
    • Proactively work with the further scope;
    • Prepare/collect high-level estimates and metrics;
    • Handle possible team’s re-organisation;
    • Facilitate output-based discussion and transformation.
  • It is possible, the person will need to cover Scrum Master role for the team:
    • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: planning, standups, demo, retrospective, product backlog refinement;
    • Leverage Jira dashboard to present the current status for the team.


  • Strong project management knowledge including Agile methodologies;
  • Strong technical background including Java/C++/.NET/Python;
  • Experience working with L3 support teams and offshore resources;
  • Experience with AI modules implementation from scratch;
  • Commercial experience within Risk calculation domain;
  • Strong in technical documentation writing;
  • Research experience in system formal requirements analysis domain;
  • Experience with Production support is a must;
  • Technical background and strong Java hands-on experience with Spring;
  • Experience working with Oracle and Elastic Search;
  • Experience with Front-end development on JavaScript with Dojo Toolkit;
  • Understanding of DevOps and working experience with AWS Cloud;
  • Experience with messaging systems RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ/Solace;
  • Proven experience in collecting team metrics and fulfilling defined SLA;
  • Experience working with ReportPortal.io and InfoNgen;
  • Knowledge of EPAM Cloud Orchestration would be a big plus.
