You’ll be supporting one of our clients, the world’s biggest media and entertainment company that connects with audiences through compelling content across television, motion picture, online and mobile platforms in over 160 countries and territories.
Monitor and support the client's digital brands/sites, environments and centralized services (500+ monitoring endpoints);
Support event management through monitoring networks, servers and web applications to ensure high availability;
Support incident and problem management via trouble ticket resolution, owning production operational issues by issuing initial response, gathering/diagnosing data, tracking, and resolution;
Perform the role of an incident manager during systems events;
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of a wide range of applications and systems;
Open and monitor case status’ with vendors and service providers;
Assist development and infrastructure groups with scheduled and emergency change management tasks;
Change requests and incident ticket handling for the remaining infrastructure teams;
Follow notification and escalation procedures and standards for communications with business involving operational issues.
