What You’ll Do

  • Working directly with Scientists and Doctors in order to gather information regarding the Data Flow of their drug and patient research;
  • Dig deep into a very complex ecosystem that contains a wide variety of data sources and quickly make sense of the business cases and workflows being used, and provide thoughts on how to optimize them;
  • Document business requirements, and turn them into functional specifications and use cases for the development team;
  • Collaboration with all types of stakeholders, collecting and clarifying requirements from business, creating user stories and turning them into technical requirements for development teams.

What You Have

  • The primary skill is Business Analysis;
  • Life Science experience is mandatory;
  • Experience working on Data Mart projects. In this case working at projects with data lakes, data warehouse in the past are crucial;
  • Understanding of research science is preferred but not required;
  • 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst.
