Currently we are looking for a Program/Project Management Officer for our Zurich office to make the team even stronger.
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager or a Project Management Officer who has worked primarily in the financial services industry or maybe even in capital market environment.
Provide support in definition of overall project scope, needed deliverables and roles, high level project roadmap and overall risks together with the project/program management;
Be responsible for the support of the program management;
Ensure timely delivery of project status reports;
Standardize overall program deliverables;
Ensure that lessons learned sessions are conducted;
Help the program management follow Agile methodologies (SAFe);
Perform general administrative tasks such as organizing meetings and creating meeting minutes.
Experience working independently with limited oversight;
Attention to details;
Organized and clearly able to support in managing projects and programs;
Demonstrated track record of project and program management in the financial industry;
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment;
Excellent communication, moderation and facilitation skills;
Knowledge of Agile techniques and methodologies like: Scrum, SAFe, user stories, Continuous Integration and testing, pairing, automated testing, etc;
Practical knowledge of capital markets processes and technologies is an advantage;
Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector;
Fluent English is needed, German is nice to have.
