You will have the opportunity to work on project in the e-commerce domain of 200+ people located in Belarus, Ukraine, UK and China. As a QA Lead, you will take part in the production delivery of the Payments and Checkout area, start new sub-projects, and support existing integrations.
Analyze requirements prepared by the BA team and work with high-level requirements and technical documentation;
Create and review test strategy, test documentation (including checklists and test cases), prioritize, and estimate tasks;
Distribute the tasks for QA team;
Work with the automation team in the definition of automation coverage and prioritization for automation scripts;
Perform manual functional testing of the e-commerce solutions, including website and back-end;
Analyze the new solution’s impact and appropriate regression testing;
Work with server logs to understand the root causes of issues;
Work with bugs, create and maintain guidelines and other materials for QA team;
Participate in stand-ups, planning sessions and retrospectives;
Help the customer during UAT phase, LIVE testing;
Consult support team;
Communicate with third-party integration points;
Assist in new versions releases to production.
Strong ability to lead a QA team of 4-6 people;
Ability to perform functional testing of web application and services;
2-5+ years of QA experience;
At least one-year experience of team leading;
2-3 projects working experience;
Knowledge of the Scrum main terms (standup, retrospective, backlog, iteration, etc.) and principles;
Understanding of automation principles, ability to define automation coverage;
Intermediate English level and higher.
