Currently we are looking for a Project Manager for our Singapore office to make the team even stronger.
We’re searching for a smart and driven individual who can manage the strategic consulting & design program of works within large-scale digital projects. The Project Manager with a background in Business or Systems Analyst must be able to communicate effectively with technical teams and have a solid understanding of technical delivery processes.

Participate in requirements gathering and business case definition;
Review, analyze & document requirements, including content governance, authoring and publishing;
Understand detailed customer expectations and distilling critical areas of focus/concern;
Create and manage user stories;
Communicate with business stakeholders throughout project lifecycle;
Work closely with a distributed, global development project team;
Work with the client to ensure proper requirements are captured, scope is controlled and expectations are met;
Conduct and participate in workshops; stakeholder interviews, etc;
Play a critical role in managing risk/issues and change control through-out the project lifecycle;
Define detailed and comprehensive project plans and partner with multi-disciplinary teams to define the approach, identify risk & validate effort;
Manage sizeable project budgets, risk and issue logs and change requests;
Advocate & practice Agile methodologies and project management tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Basecamp, MS Project, Omniplan etc.);
Lead the scoping & project planning on projects;
Create product/service roadmaps;
Ensure that resource planning across projects is regularly reviewed and change is communicated to the resource manager in a timely manner;
Review accuracy of team member timesheets and monitor staff utilization levels on projects flagging any issues with the resource manager;
Work internally with technical and end-to-end delivery managers, solution architects, business analysts and enterprise architects;
Support pitch work and new business opportunities; client proposals and sales meetings when required;
Conduct internal and external reporting – client status reports, project health monitor and contact reports;
Mentor and develop less experienced members of the team;
Be responsible for ensuring that knowledge is shared across studio(s) and client teams, working closely with all teams to ensure they understand the methodologies and tools available to them;
Support the development of the knowledge base;
Pro-actively keep up with design trends and industry developments;
Continue professional development in personal area of specialism forever cross-fertilizing acquired skills and experiences into EPAM.
Experience managing large-scale programs of work across design and strategy;

Able to communicate effectively with individuals at a senior level;
Strong interpersonal and people management skills;
Passion for design and technology;
Understanding of Agile principles and methods; preferably with some practical, hands-on experience with Scrum, Lean UX and Kanban;
Ability to manage multiple projects;

Ability to work independently, to strict deadlines, without compromising quality of work;
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with clients, stakeholders and the EPAM multidisciplinary teams.
