DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for an Integration Manager/Build Engineer for our Zurich office to make the team even stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Cooperate closely with the development team and other stakeholders;
  • Perform installations on test environments and manage installations orders to production;
  • Support testing in test environments for planned software releases;
  • Keep documentation up-to-date with new releases;
  • Constantly analyze the system and the processes and come up with proposal for improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of build/configuration management experience related to Wintel integration;
  • Familiar with Windows platform - Windows scripting, command scripts, PowerShell, etc;
  • Experienced with build and deployment processes on Windows;
  • Knowledge of Windows Installer – MSI, XML (WiX) toolset;
  • Good analytical skill and know-how on MQ configuration setup, SQL server setup and Microsoft Cluster setup;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload effectively in a highly demanding environment;
  • Ability to work reliable in a collaborative, international team;
  • Good English skills, German is a plus;
  • IT person with a strong technical background that is used to handle complex challenges using strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills;
  • Highly motivated, confident and capable of both working independently and within a team;
  • Strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues in English (optional: in German) and who is capable of creating high quality system documentation;
  • Aware of challenges of a complex IT infrastructure and constraints in an international company;
  • Committed to excellence and quality, thriving for finding the best and simplest solutions;
  • Motivated and a self-reliant person;
