Currently we are looking for a Business Trainer for our Budapest office.

We are seeking an experienced Business Trainer to our Budapest-based Career Development Team.

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for Soft Skills training set, which includes adjustment of existing training programs and creation of the new ones, analysis and improvement of their quality.

You can expect administrative, operational and pedagogical support from your peers in Training Department, international and multicultural environment and opportunities to exchange knowledge in group of experts from different fields.

Offer includes full-time employment contract.


  • Prepare syllabi and training materials;
  • Deliver training sessions for Epam employees in the area of:
    • Communication;
    • Negotiations;
    • Leadership;
    • Public speaking;
    • Other related topics.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and introduce improvements;
  • Mentor newbie trainers.


  • At least 1+ year of experience in relevant position;
  • English level B2+/C1;
  • Advanced level of soft skills – establishing the contact, clarity in communication and argumentation, active listening, presentation skills.
