EPAM is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter in the Hartford, CT area. This is a great opportunity to utilize your recruiting skills to support one of our fastest growing business units within EPAM. Not only will this role have hands on recruiting responsibilities but also present the right person with an opportunity to build relationships with our business partners and work one-on-one with our leadership team.
This position will have a lot of flexibility to work from home the majority of time but it will also require some onsite support in the area of local networking events, local project team meetings and the support of other creative recruiting initiatives. This role will require someone who is a team player, strategic, creative and has a true desire to participate in value added recruitment. Your passion for finding top-talent should only be rivaled by your drive to be strategic in contributing to creating a successful recruiting program for EPAM.
What You’ll Do
Partner with other TA members, the business, our staffing team and Delivery to understand, qualify, and prioritize demand;
Assist in building the local EPAM brand and create channels that will bring quality, active applicants to our pool;
Create a pipeline of candidates for various local technology roles from developers to Solution Architects, not only assessing their fit for our positions but their EPA fit as well;
Deliver qualified candidates to project and business teams with supporting information they will need to assess the candidate;
Drive the recruitment process end-to-end for specific internal initiatives when needed such as events, projects, third party relationships, etc;
Own full life cycle recruitment including salary research, candidate prep, offers, and closing of candidates;
Assist in report development required by the TA team;
Be a constant contributor for areas of improvement in the recruiting process.
What You Have
7+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience;
Historic top performer within recruiting team, utilizing creative techniques to find quality candidates quickly;
Experience in end to end full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing the candidate;
Experience working with internal business units or clients on the agency side assisting with prioritization and escalations, with a strong focus on customer service;
