We are looking to welcome a Support Engineer (Atlassian) to join our team. Our customer is one of the world’s largest food retail groups aiming to accelerate its online presence in the world. Our project is about developing and scale new features, change and support existing functionality for different brands in the large eCommerce solution. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for support changes and process setup on our client’s account.
Take part in Atlassian Software L1-L2 Support for a big project (120+ members);
Customize and configure Atlassian Software (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) based on user requests and project team needs;
Issues investigation and troubleshooting, providing mitigation instructions to development and infrastructure Team;
Be responsible for access and request management procedures.
2+ year of application support experience;
Knowledge of Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence etc.) as an administrator;
Good knowledge of troubleshooting techniques;
Basic knowledge of ITIL Foundation;
Understanding of SDLC concept and software development methodologies will be a plus;
Experience in communication with foreign customers;
Good spoken and written English.
