Looking for an experienced DevOps Architect to facilitate CI-CD processes around build-release and deployment. The candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer focus and ability to establish best practices, standards and roadmap for successful DevOps styled implementation.

What You’ll Do

  • Automate deployment pipeline;
  • Manage build and deployments within a DevOps model;
  • Facilitate CI/CD processes around build-release and deployment;
  • Establish best practices, standards and develop a roadmap for successful DevOps styled implementation;
  • Deploy on Azure utilizing Terraform or CloudFormation, Vagrant, Ansible, Chef or SaltStack.

What You Have

  • Deep experience in Software design and development, Systems Operations / Management; Database architecture, Storage and IT Security;
  • Knowledge of Cloud Security design and architecture;
  • Virtualization and Containerization experience is an advantage;
  • Deep experience in CI/CD pipeline process design and implementation in agile environment;
  • In depth knowledge in ONE or more cloud platform(s), including: Azure (preferred), AWS, , Google Cloud, OpenStack etc;
  • Understanding of Cloud Management Platform concepts. Hands-on knowledge on cloud based tools migration;
  • Strong operational knowledge of windows and Linux systems;
  • Fundamental understanding of distributed infrastructure considerations;
  • Comfortable in fast changing environments where direction is minimal. Demonstrated track record of exceeding customer expectations;
  • Strong Experience with scripting languages (groovy, python, shell etc.);
  • Professional Certification in Azure is an advantage;
  • Knowledge and experience managing Cloud Migration programs/projects and an ability to adapt experience into best practices for immediate use;
  • Experience in designing with DevOps tooling and processes using Jenkins 2 pipeline (Artifactory, Gradle and Maven etc.);
  • Manage DevOps and infrastructure automation with tools like Ansible, Saltstack, Puppet, Terraform, Chef, etc;
  • Experience working on Agile methods – Scrum or Kanban.
