An ideal candidate will partner EPAM and will contribute to our customers to enhance and maximize the business relationships by applying the knowledge and experience on data engineering, analytics, infrastructure, teams and tools to architect, implement and use applications, as well as create dashboards and reports to improve the evaluation and quantification of the product’s quality.
Analyze software requirements, develop test code and report results;
Code to automate complex technical tasks by working on a testing framework that supports reporting and analysis;
Create, debug and test his own code as part of the entire development/automation process.
Skilled individual with software development experience;
Ability to plan and execute unit testing;
Database experience (query writing, testing, and troubleshooting);
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent;
3+ years' experience working with Java;
Understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented-programming (OOP), frameworks and technologies;
Problem solving skills;
Basic understanding of Agile methodologies;
Good spoken and written communications in English;
OOP principle and design patterns, Java Core, Spring, ORM, CI/CD.
Nice to have
Experience as Back-end Java Developer;
Domain knowledge and previous experience working with Finances, Insurance, and Annuities;
Experience working with Selenium WebDriver;
Experience with test cases design formal techniques;
Experience in Version Controlling systems;
