Currently we are looking for a Compensation Analyst for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.
Design and build compensation reports;
Conduct compensation analysis, interpret results and provide analytical data management support;
Produce ad hoc analyses based on business requests;
Work collaboratively across different functions (Global Delivery, Talent Acquisition, People Management, Finance and other groups);
Participate in development and implementation of EVP/Total Rewards scheme;
Provide research of compensation data providers and find cost effective and more efficient ways for collecting market data;
Develop compensation communication materials and trainings;
Be involved into other special projects as assigned.
At least Upper-Intermediate level of English;
Easy to read and comprehend Excel spreadsheets, create various charts and summarize data in Pivot tables;
Experience in compensation, finance, consulting or a similarly applicable field;
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information;
Strong analytical skills, balancing “big picture” perspective with attention to details;
Ability and desire to work with large amounts of data;
Excellent time management, organizational, analytical and communication skills;
Ability to demonstrate business insight, applying this to the people management and compensation functions.
Nice to have
Knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices;
Experience in working with PowerPoint;
Experience in/knowledge of VBA, SQL, Power BI.
