DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Compensation Analyst for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build compensation reports;
  • Conduct compensation analysis, interpret results and provide analytical data management support;
  • Produce ad hoc analyses based on business requests;
  • Work collaboratively across different functions (Global Delivery, Talent Acquisition, People Management, Finance and other groups);
  • Participate in development and implementation of EVP/Total Rewards scheme;
  • Provide research of compensation data providers and find cost effective and more efficient ways for collecting market data;
  • Develop compensation communication materials and trainings;
  • Be involved into other special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Higher education;
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English;
  • Easy to read and comprehend Excel spreadsheets, create various charts and summarize data in Pivot tables;
  • Experience in compensation, finance, consulting or a similarly applicable field;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information;
  • Strong analytical skills, balancing “big picture” perspective with attention to details;
  • Ability and desire to work with large amounts of data;
  • Excellent time management, organizational, analytical and communication skills;
  • Ability to demonstrate business insight, applying this to the people management and compensation functions.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices;
  • Experience in working with PowerPoint;
  • Experience in/knowledge of VBA, SQL, Power BI.
