Currently we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Kyiv office to make the team even stronger.
Provide end-to-end management of recruitment process;
Qualify all vacancies, receive and obtain all the necessary information from accounts/resource managers;
Create and maintain systematic recruitment approach in dealing with all recruitment requests with activities such as: prioritizing open vacancies; prioritizing candidates by their skills, availability and salary expectations;
Direct search and pre-screening of CVs, reference checking;
Update recruitment system with all new candidates;
Be involved into candidates' assessment and selection, coordination of interviews with hiring managers;
Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
Prepare CV’s in line with EPAM brand standards for client and line manager review; participate in the improvement of recruitment/HR processes, procedures and regulations;
Participate in the development and maintenance of internal databases, etc;
Interview candidates using techniques and methodologies to screen and source highly qualified candidates;
Inform candidates about the results of their interviews;
Release and negotiate offer conditions;
Participate in recruitment events;
Perform other tasks as identified by the manager;
Ensure that the company’s recruitment policy is up-to-date.
2+ years of experience in IT recruiting;
Experience in full life-cycle recruiting;
Knowledge of recruitment techniques;
Resourcing background with excellent knowledge Boolean operators to create search strings for online market mapping and candidate targeting;
Interviewing skills, knowledge of presentation techniques;
Creativity and ability to find non-standard solutions to problem situations;
Excellent organizational skills required and the ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, ambiguous and entrepreneurial environment;
Self-motivated, team player and hands-on professional with can-do attitude and ability to problem solve;
Good command of English.
