Currently we are looking for a Java Developer to be trained in Big Data in our Guadalajara office to be part of a team of 5 to initiate business relationship with a large account from EPAM Guadalajara office.

Be a role model for colleagues;
Read, understand and if necessary provide arguments on where to enhance project and requirement documentation;
Propose possible high-quality designs, technical and project documentation;
Follow and understand a defined software development process;
Take ownership and assist team members with below level of knowledge when needed for all Big Data assignments given for the Mexico team;
Assist team members with lower technical knowledge to understand and deliver the needed solutions for all assignments the team is accountable;
Perform code reviews to other team members.
3+ years of hands-on experience with various Java technologies and framework;
Upper-Intermediate English is essential;
Experience in development, Java Core and build systems; solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, software design;
Strong OO design and OO programming skills;
Deep understanding CI/CD, TDD concepts, metrics of code quality, patterns, principles like SOLID/DRY/KISS;
